The role focuses on both residential and commercial projects, ranging from $100,000 to $20 million in value. Expertise in estimating, scheduling, and cost management is crucial. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, field engineering, or estimating. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is advantageous, as is experience with high-end residential projects. Familiarity with all construction phases is necessary.
