Senior Project Manager | General Contractor

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise during execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
