Job Description

  • Lead full project lifecycle on K‑12, municipal, and public‑sector construction projects
  • Manage schedules, budgets, contract compliance, and financial forecasting
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, trade coordination, procurement, and buyout
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and production
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, owner representatives, district officials, and city staff
  • Manage phased construction and minimize disruptions in occupied environments
  • Lead OAC meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Drive documentation accuracy: RFIs, submittals, changes, reports, logs, and closeout
  • Champion safety culture and ensure adherence to public‑sector requirements
  • Mentor Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and other project staff
  • Support preconstruction during early design, estimating, and feasibility phases

The Successful Applicant

    • 8-12+ years of commercial GC experience, including K‑12 or municipal projects
    • Strong background managing ground‑up schools and/or public facilities
    • Ability to lead occupied campus projects or active civic environments
    • Expertise in scheduling, cost control, constructability, and documentation
    • Familiarity with CMAR, CSP, and other public‑sector delivery methods
    • Strong client‑facing communication skills
    • Experience managing multi‑phase, multi‑stakeholder projects
    • Proficiency in construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools)
    • A leadership style centered on integrity, accountability, and collaboration
