Key responsibilities include:Manage multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teamsLead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance managementMonitor project progress and proactively resolve challengesEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policiesMaintain accurate documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reportsMentor junior team members and contribute to team developmentSupport business development and client relationship managementCollaborate with field leadership to ensure seamless executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
