Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to achieve project goals and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans specific to healthcare facility requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare-specific regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic planning initiatives, preparing for future executive-level responsibilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Brings 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare construction projects.
  • Demonstrates proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of healthcare facility regulations, including infection control and patient safety standards.
  • Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Is proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
