Job Description

    • Lead all phases of Class A and healthcare interior projects, from preconstruction planning to turnover, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
    • Manage project estimating efforts, including scope takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, bid leveling, and early cost assessments to support preconstruction strategy.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiencies.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout each project.
    • Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and change order management to ensure profitability and transparency.
    • Lead and mentor project teams, including Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Field Supervisors, fostering accountability and collaborative problem‑solving.
    • Ensure rigorous safety and compliance standards, driving jobsite excellence and risk mitigation.
    • Support business development efforts, providing technical insight, attending key client meetings, and helping strengthen long‑term partnerships.
