Job Description

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of healthcare construction projects


  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including subcontractors, architects, and engineers


  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulatory requirements, including AHCA


  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations


  • Provide proactive leadership in resolving issues and mitigating project risks


  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects


  • In-depth knowledge of AHCA requirements and healthcare-specific construction regulations


  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and team coordination skills


  • Proficient in project management tools and software


  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
