Job Description



  • Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.


  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that arise.


  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.


  • Oversee procurement processes, including material selection and subcontractor management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.


  • Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure safety standards are met throughout all phases of construction.


  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.


  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant



  • Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.


  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, clients, and stakeholders.


  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.


  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.


  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Proficient in construction management software and tools, including project scheduling and cost control systems.


  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards, ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements.
