Senior Project Manager - Healthcare/Hospitality

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and expectations.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
• Handle risk management and implement solutions to mitigate potential delays or challenges.
