Senior Project Manager - High End Residential - Boston, MA

As a Senior Project Manager/Director, you will report directly to the leadership team and oversee multiple luxury residential projects in Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing division and work on architecturally significant homes.Responsibilities

• Lead construction of brownstones, townhomes, condos, and high-end apartments in downtown Boston
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project vision is executed
• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
• Drive division growth and help shape strategic direction
• Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
