Senior Project Manager : Hospitality Construction

• Manage and oversee hospitality construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all stages of construction.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
