Senior Project Manager - K12 Construction

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction handoff through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, financial tracking, and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary owner‑facing point of contact, maintaining strong communication and client trust.
• Partner closely with Superintendents, field teams, project engineers, and senior leadership.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all phases.
• Mentor junior team members and reinforce strong jobsite collaboration.
• Represent the company professionally within the K‑12 and institutional markets.
