Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of K-12 construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior leadership and clients.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to achieve professional growth and project success.
