Their approach to working with their clients is a full-scale design-build model where they are working with the clients from the initial conception through closeout. They are currently averaging right around $400M in annual revenue with plans to get to $500M in the next 3-5 years. Their client base has grown substantially in the last few years to encompass work in multiple sectors. In fact, they were able to double in size within the last 3 years. They have done an excellent job of developing their employees and promoting internally but due to their growth they are needing more leadership in the project management team. This position will assist in leading larger scale projects ranging up to about $40M-$50M on the upper end.
