Job Description

  • Lead project teams across all phases: pre‑construction, construction, closeout, and post‑construction services.
  • Identify and address critical constructability issues, including cost impacts and logistics planning.
  • Ensure all work is performed in alignment with company standards of quality, safety, and client service.
  • Manage internal budgets, cost‑to‑complete projections, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, and change orders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and adhere to all company financial controls and processes.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, landlords, and industry partners.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring client expectations are met and project goals are achieved.
  • Mentor and develop project team members, fostering collaboration, growth, and performance excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management with a general contractor.
  • Proven success leading large, complex commercial projects.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
