Job Description

  • Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Develop strategic project plans and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
  • Negotiate contracts and manage change orders effectively

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Advanced knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and financial management
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
