Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury apartment construction projects in Miami, FL.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and other project-related documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering luxury apartment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in the multifamily residential sector.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Miami, FL.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in the Miami real estate market is highly desirable.
