Senior Project Manager - Mid/High-Rise Mixed-Use Construction

• Lead and manage all phases of mid/high-rise construction projects, including multifamily, hotel, office, and mixed-use developments.
• New construction ground up experience needed
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contracts effectively.
• Implement and maintain safety standards on all job sites in compliance with regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to maintain project progress.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Foster a productive and professional work environment for the construction team.
