Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within commercial or residential construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
