Employees are viewed as long-term partners in the company's success, with a focus on career growth, safety, and shared ownership.They are Celebrating their 80th Anniversary this year!Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities - Senior Project ManagerLead the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standardsOversee preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating coordination, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability reviewsManage project financials, including cost controls, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability reportingDirect subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, change orders, and pay applicationsMaintain strong client relationships and facilitate communication between ownership, architects, engineers, and field teamsProvide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field staffEnsure strict compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policiesDrive project close-out procedures including punch lists, warranties, and final documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
