Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Senior Project Manager



  • Lead the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards


  • Oversee preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating coordination, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability reviews


  • Manage project financials, including cost controls, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability reporting


  • Direct subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, change orders, and pay applications


  • Maintain strong client relationships and facilitate communication between ownership, architects, engineers, and field teams


  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field staff


  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies


  • Drive project close-out procedures including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager Candidate will have:



  • 7+ years of multifamily construction experience, with demonstrated success managing ground-up projects


  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large, complex developments


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)


  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills


  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite


  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
