Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage budgets and control costs to align with project objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
