Our team prides itself on delivering landmark projects that shape communities and push the boundaries of modern construction.Job DescriptionLead all phases of ground‑up construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.Manage onsite and administrative teams, including subcontractors, superintendents, project engineers, and consultants.Develop and maintain project schedules, cost tracking logs, and risk management plans.Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate issues.Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.Ensure all work meets RDC's quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.Prepare and present regular project reports, cost forecasts, and status updates.Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
