Job Description

  • Oversight leadership role managing Sr. PMs, PMs, project teams, and client relationships
  • Focus on commercial, healthcare, light industrial, tilt-wall, MOBs, and manufacturing projects
  • Partner closely with the dedicated Raleigh BD Manager (20% of time will involve BD responsibilities)
  • Ensure financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across assigned projects
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate with Division leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager / Project Executive should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager
  • Background in commercial, healthcare, MOB, light industrial, and tilt-wall projects
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and client-facing skills
  • LEED AP certification highly preferred
