Job Description



  • Oversee individual projects with the goal of eventually managing multiple teams


  • Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment


  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and secure new opportunities


  • Develop contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation


  • Mentor, train, and support team members to foster professional growth

The Successful Applicant



  • 10-20 years of experience in construction


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field


  • Proven Design/Build experience


  • Demonstrated success in Business Development, including a track record of winning projects and driving revenue growth


  • Strong ability to create and write contracts


  • Proficiency in strategic planning


  • Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $15M


  • Local to Indianapolis with a strong understanding of the local market


  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
