Senior Project Manager (Public Construction)

• Lead full lifecycle project management across major builds, including courthouse, government center, and specialty commercial projects.
• Manage project financials, schedules, safety, and quality to GC standards.
• Oversee RFI, submittal, and change‑order processes with disciplined documentation.
• Coordinate directly with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to company processes.
• Drive timely issue resolution and maintain project momentum toward completion.
