Senior Project Manager - Retail & Grocery Construction

• Lead and manage multiple retail and grocery store construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and site leadership
• Drive schedule adherence in fast-track environments with aggressive timelines
• Review construction documents, scopes, and submittals to ensure accuracy and constructability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company processes
• Provide regular project reporting, forecasting, and client updates
• Support repeat-client relationships through consistent delivery and communication
