Senior Project Manager - Site Development - Woodbridge,VA

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you'll lead full-cycle civil construction projects across commercial, residential, multifamily, and transportation sectors. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate with internal estimating and engineering teams, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. The role is based in Woodbridge, VA, with weekly site visits to projects within a 60-mile radius (With majority of projects in Prince William's County). This is a leadership-track role with the opportunity to shape project delivery and team culture.

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve goals.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all team members and stakeholders.
