A quickly growing general contractor in St. Louis with a strong pipeline of work for 2022 with plans to expand that workload as well as grow their internal teams to plan for the future. They have primarily local work and are exploring opportunities to bring their presence to a more national stage through current and prospective clients. Most of their projects are above $15M in scope and they have opportunity to pick up more of that work through their clientele. Through networking and relationships, they have been able to uncover opportunities in sectors that are rapidly growing and newly developing. They have a concrete 10 year plan that this role will play an integral part in, which is why they are looking for someone who is loyal and invested in growing companies. Job Description

  • Oversee project management team and manage the day-to day operations
  • Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
  • Manage scope review process
  • Negotiate change orders
  • manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
  • Manage and update budgets
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project team
  • Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
  • Project Management 10+ years required
  • Design Build Experience
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner with integrity
  • Microsoft Suite Software Proficient
