MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Project Manager (SPM) should have:Proven experience in construction project management within the business services industry.8-12+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.Strong tenure at previous employers is appreciated.Large design build project experience in excess of $25M in value.Someone who can hit the ground running.Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 USD.100% of employee and family healthcare is paid for by employer.Very low deductible.$1,200/month vehicle allowance plus a company card for expenses.Strong discretionary bonus based on company performance.
