Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:

  • Lead all phases of project management from planning to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
  • Mentor and guide project teams to achieve performance goals
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
  • Oversee procurement and contract administration
  • Represent the company professionally in client-facing interactions

The Successful Applicant

Senior Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Charlotte should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a PM role
  • Proven success managing ground-up projects valued at $10M+
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
