Known for delivering complex, high-visibility civic projects, they maintain long-standing relationships with municipalities, school districts, and public agencies.

Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle for public-sector construction projects
  • Lead project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Serve as primary point of contact with municipalities, architects, and public stakeholders
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, GMPs, and change management
  • Ensure strict compliance with public procurement, safety, and documentation standards
  • Review contracts, subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Mentor junior project management staff

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience managing public or municipal construction projects
  • Proven experience with education, fire stations, police stations, or municipal facilities
  • Strong knowledge of public bidding, GMP delivery, and municipal regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
