We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of a wide range of projects.Job DescriptionLead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ensuring all phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout) are executed efficiently and according to company standards.Manage and mentor project teams, including assistant project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other key project stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.Oversee project budgets, tracking costs, and managing resources to ensure profitability. Review and approve project estimates, change orders, and financial reports.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality.Ensure projects comply with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work meets required specifications.Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
