Senior Project Manager

• Lead all phases of construction projects, including pre‑construction, bidding, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, and closeout.
• Manage multiple large-scale K‑12 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost tracking tools.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with New York State Education Department (NYSED) requirements, safety regulations, and district standards.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and quality-control inspections.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Mentor and supervise project engineers, assistant project managers, and field staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
