Seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team.Job DescriptionLead all phases of construction projects, including pre‑construction, bidding, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, and closeout.Manage multiple large-scale K‑12 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost tracking tools.Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.Ensure compliance with New York State Education Department (NYSED) requirements, safety regulations, and district standards.Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and quality-control inspections.Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.Mentor and supervise project engineers, assistant project managers, and field staff.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
