Job Description

  • Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
