Senior Project Manager

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
