Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, safety compliance, and risk management
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic planning and business development

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
