Job Description

Provide oversight across multiple project teams, ensuring consistent quality, communication, and performance.
Mentor and support Senior PMs, PMs, APMs, and project engineers in the Raleigh region.
Oversee key client relationships and participate heavily in client-facing meetings and strategic planning.
Support business development, spending ~20% of time partnering with the Raleigh BD Manager.
Lead operations for projects across:
- Light industrial & tilt‑wall
- Healthcare & medical office buildings
- Automotive, manufacturing, and commercial sectors
Support preconstruction, budgeting, planning, and project alignment with company standards.
Ensure financial accuracy, forecasting, reporting, and accountability on assigned teams.
Drive schedule performance, risk management, staffing plans, and operational execution.
Uphold company safety culture, technical excellence, and relationship-first leadership approach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager/Project Executive should have:

Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager, PX, or high‑level PM with multi-project oversight.
Experience across healthcare, MOBs, light industrial, tilt‑wall, and commercial work.
Not seeking multifamily-only backgrounds.
Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team‑building abilities.
Polished communicator with proven client management skills.
Ability to contribute to business development, proposal meetings, and pursuit strategies.
Familiarity with: Viewpoint, SureTrak, MS Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, BIM workflows.
Local to Raleigh or open to relocation (relocation stipend available).
