Job Description

The Opportunity

  • Founding leadership role within a new Indianapolis division/office
  • Direct collaboration with the President and Regional Mgr to influence market strategy and expansion
  • Ability to influence project delivery standards, operational systems, and team development
  • Clear path toward senior leadership as the Indianapolis office scales
  • Opportunity to lead complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, and commercial projects ranging from $20M-$50M+

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading commercial, industrial, or large‑scale technical construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects from planning through closeout
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry‑standard scheduling tools
  • Strong financial management skills with deep understanding of contracts, budgeting, and negotiation
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and guiding high‑performing teams
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining strong, trust‑based client relationships
