My client is an award willing General Contractor firm in the DC Metro area and has been in the business for over 30 years. They specialize in K-12, Higher Education, Public/Manipal, hospitality etc... They are currently seeking a Project Manager that can excel into the Senior Project Manager role ad manage individual accounts. My client has a 40 office headcount that generates over 100M in revenue.
Job Description
- Successfully perform pre-construction planning, cost control, scheduling
- Prepare weekly reports on cost, schedule, cash flow. safety etc for external and internal use
- Create contingency plans for risks and project profit
- Manage projects using controls and procedures
- Preform high level leadership that will motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment
- Clear communication skills to lead clients and subcontractors with their responsibilities

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager
- Preferred experience in design-build and new construction
- Required Bachelors degree: Bachelors in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred
- Proficiency in Procore
