About Our Client

Job Description
- Lead Month/Quarter-end closing of financial statements
- Lead Audit projects and Tax Preparations
- Review & approve bank, loan, and credit reconciliations.
- Oversee and mentor Staff Accountants

The Successful Applicant
- Accounting or Finance degree is required
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounting experience (property/Real Estate experience preferred)
- YARDI experience preferred
- Growth-oriented and strong leadership skills
