My client is a privately-owned full service real estate firm with a commercial and residential portfolio. The team is currently looking a Senior Property Manager to join the in-house maintenance department.

Description
The Senior Property Manager - Residential (400+ apartments) will have the following responsibilities:
- Execution of business plans for the residential property portfolio (400 units)
- Manage all property operations across the property portfolio, including leasing, and facilities staff
- Provide leadership to staff members and create meaningful relationships with all Property Managers
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly and/or annual financial reporting
- Provide motivation, communication and hands-on management to all locations
- Develop and implement all corporate policies and procedures to meet and/or exceed client expectations
- Oversee portfolio performance in accordance with related investment, financial and compliance goals
- Be the main point of contact for all property related functions
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Senior Residential Property Manager will have:
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related
- Experience in residential and/or multifamily property management
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, leasing and management of staff
- Experience of managing multiple property locations
- Knowledge or proficiency in RealPage
- Proven track record in leadership

- Competitive base salary ranging $75000-90,000
- Bonus eligible 10-15%
