The company promotes a laid-back work environment, where the CEO often chooses to wear jeans and a sweatshirt.Job DescriptionMaintain consistent compliance with IATF 16949Lead cross-functional teams to create and update Process Control Plans/Manufacturing Process Plans, FMEAs, and Process MastersInitiate and coordinate follow-up activity on Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAR/PAR)Coordinate activity related to Claims and Non-Conforming Product including processing the required internal and external documentationReview Material Test Reports for compliance to order specifications and submit to customersLog quality related data such as nonconformances and first pass quality into QA databasesGenerate quality reports and update monthly key performance indicators (KPI) dataPrepare First Article/Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submission packagesPerform Internal Quality Audits in conformance with IATF 16949Coordinate supplier quality activity including supplier quality audits and surveysApply below if you're experience aligns with the job description!
