Senior Quality Engineer

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to meet aerospace industry standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead efforts to enhance product quality and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support supplier quality management and qualification processes.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
