-Build relationships with hiring managers
-Full cycle recruitment (onboarding included)
-The ability to create an internal recruiting tracker as well as keep the company's up to date
-participate in firm wide recruiting needs
-Be the direct communicator between management and Jr. recruiters
-Assisting with integration efforts for all new hires
-Be a liaison between colleges, law schools, and management team to find the best candidate pool for new hires

The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's degree required
-4-6 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the legal space
-Display leadership skills as well as strong organization skills
-The ability to communicate with firm heads and attorneys on confidential matters
-Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
-"Win as a team, lose as a team" mentality
