• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying client needs to candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the business services industry.
• Source and screen candidates to match client requirements.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process for successful placements.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the business services industry.
