Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will:

  • Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Conduct both video and face to face meetings with clients, negotiating commercial terms
  • Manage recruitment processes from interview through offer stage
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
  • Be responsible developing new business opportunities, identifying recruitment targets and selling solutions to clients
  • Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • 2-5 years, recruitment experience, ideally within financial services or alternatively, 2+ commercial sales (business to business) experience.
  • Experience of negotiating would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the financial services market would be an advantage
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • Ability to think critically, deal with difficult conversations and think on your feet is essentia
