About Our Client
This is a luxury men's retail dress wear company.
Improve existing customer retention rates and sales per order. Balance the email/offline experience for existing customers to maximize spend efficiency. Coordinating with the retail team to sync marketing messages to existing customers
Build strong relationships with agency partners to maximize output / ROI
Complete budgets and forecast updates, hitting weekly trade numbers while proactively identifying opportunities for improved performance
Develop ideas to improve performance and lead implementation across teams
Deep learning and understanding around the US customer behavior to communicate it regularly to key stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
5 - 9 years experience within an email marketing, retention focused for a product or fashion retailorComfortable managing cost budgets over $2million +
Proven ability to leverage and partner with external agencies as well as internal partners
Leading a team and providing mentorship and direction to junior team members
Hands-on, with the ability to adapt and run email marketing campaigns and segmentation
