Job Description

  • Interact with internal and at times, external clients, assisting them with many aspects of products and sales, annual budget planning, setting KPI's, monthly and weekly sales forecast and quarterly business reviews.
  • Create and maintain or improve documentation and templates related to annual budget planning, forecasting and account planning, for internal sales and finance clients
  • Assist and support sales SVP, channel VP, and 2 Sales Directors with reviewing and setting quotas, helping with Independent and Key Accounts, Retail and Strategic Accounts, providing tracking, reporting and sales analytics
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards, planning and forecasting templates, CRM and KPI reporting, in collaboration with the Senior Sales Leadership Team
  • Analyze sales statistics to create GTM and promotional analysis that provides independent insights and ideas to increase revenue, sales growth and profitability
  • Drives and coordinates sales growth opportunity planning meetings across internal functional teams Marcolin Eyewear POSTING: Sr. Commercial Sales Analyst
  • Provide sales support to ensure forecasting, reporting and pipeline data is accurate and transparent in the CRM system
  • Act as the liaison between North America and HQ partners and sales channel team leaders
  • Assist with the positioning of our offerings and related marketing and brand materials with CRM and sales analytics
  • Follow up to ensure high levels of sales and cross functional communication and transparency

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of successful experience in sales operations, sales planning and data analytics; B2B companies preferred
  • Bachelor's degree. However, MBA preferred or equivalent education and demonstrated work experience
  • High proficiency with, Sugar, HubSpot, Visionware or other CRM systems
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in teams to meet deadlines in an environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to answer questions and identify growth opportunities or process and profitability improvements
  • Demonstrated drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources while effectively working and collaborating in cross functional teams, strong team player with project management skills and experience
