Leading IT services company specializing in Digital Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Digital Engineering services.

Job Description

* Drive new business by selling IT services and solutions, with a focus on the P&C insurance sector.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in insurance companies.

* Achieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities.

* Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.

* Strategize and lead sales initiatives to win large outsourcing deals (30-100 FTEs).

* Initially sell Quality Engineering services, with the opportunity to cross-sell Digital Engineering services.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 5 years focused on the Insurance (P&C) sector.

* Proven track record of selling IT services from a Tier 2 IT services company (annual revenue between $100M and $2B).

* Experience selling to insurance companies or working for companies like Value Momentum, Coforge, Zensar, Guidewire, Majesco, or Sapiens is highly preferred.

* Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
