Job Description



  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 throughout all phases of construction.


  • Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure accurate sequencing and timely execution of activities.


  • Perform schedule analysis, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.


  • Generate reports and updates for both internal teams and external stakeholders.


  • Assist with preconstruction planning and provide input during project kick-off meetings.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 5+ years of scheduling experience with a General Contractor, with at least 3 years specifically focused on multifamily construction projects.


  • Proficient in Primavera P6 with a proven track record of building and maintaining complex project schedules.


  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams.


  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of anticipating challenges and providing solutions.
